Locking Diff indicator light question

Diff Lock Indicator flashing when truck started and while driving
I thought my wife might have turned it on by mistake so when i pressed the button, the diff. This same thing happened to me last night. You might need to be moving to have it unlock. If anyone gets a chance could you check out your indicator lights to see if they light in the screen and also by the knob when locking the diff? The second power source Terminal 7 on the relay is from the Transfer L4 Position Switch located on the top rear housing of the transfer case - right side. Funny how I never have an issue talking with the techs. Turning the switch off sends 12 volts reversing the polarity from Terminal 4 of the relay through the harness to Terminal 2 of the actuator motor.

The actuator has two ends which one has large gear tooth and other a small gear tooth. Little did I know that I would spend hours trying to troubleshoot the problem.
