I've had problems where the headlights and interior dash lights would flash on and off both with the engine running and when it is shut off. The fuel pressure should be 49 psi. Mine is for no security, power locks. And to top it off the windshield wipers will not cut off, about a week ago it would take 30-45 seconds to finally go off after I would turn them off.
